Application guide
Apply with confidence.
Eight steps. Tap a step to begin, then mark the circle when complete.
Start clean and dry. Oil and residue are the main reasons clusters lift early.
- —Cleanse lashes with a gentle, oil-free cleanser
- —Pat fully dry — no moisture at the lash line
- —Curl natural lashes to blend with clusters
Apply the bond to the root of your natural lashes — never the waterline.
- —Use a thin layer along the lash line
- —Work in small sections, outer to inner
- —Avoid skin contact
Tackiness is everything. Place too soon and clusters slide.
- —Wait 20–30 seconds
- —The bond should feel sticky, not wet
Dry-down timer
30secPlace clusters slightly above the waterline.
- —Follow your map outer → inner
- —Use the longest lengths first
- —Hold the cluster with your tweezers at the very top — you'll have far more control on placement
- —Place gently — don't press into the skin
Tip
If you're struggling to see, place a mirror flat below you and look down into it for a clearer view.
A light clamp blends the cluster with your natural lashes.
- —Clamp gently with tweezers at the base
- —Hold for 2–3 seconds
- —Don't drag the cluster
Tip
Make sure your tweezers are cleaned between each cluster placement.
Apply seal once after placing all the clusters.
- —Gently dab along the base only
- —Avoid coating the lashes as this can reduce flexibility and add unwanted shine
Tip
Reapply a small amount along the base after showering to refresh hold.
Never pull. Always dissolve the bond first.
- —Apply remover at the base
- —Wait 30–60 seconds
- —Slide clusters off gently
Cluster lashes can be reused multiple times when cared for correctly.
- —Gently remove any remaining bond from the band using remover
- —Clean with micellar water or a similar gentle cleanser
- —Lightly brush through with water
- —Allow lashes to air dry fully
- —Store back in the original tray
- —Brush through before applying
