What we collect

• Email address — if you enter it to receive your lash map, create an account, contact us, unsubscribe, or submit a gallery result.
• Quiz answers and lash preferences — your responses about eye shape, style, products, and lash-map choices.
• Saved maps — lash maps you generate or save, including labels and notes you choose to keep.
• Account info — if you sign in, your email address and basic profile details.
• Photos you choose to provide — eye-shape scan photos are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. If you separately submit a result photo to the gallery, that photo is uploaded for review and will only be shown publicly if approved.

How we use it

We use this information to generate your personalised lash map, send requested app emails, save your maps, review gallery submissions, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and improve the app experience. We don't sell your data or profile you for advertising.

Image analysis

The eye-shape photo scan is optional. Analysis runs on your device where possible, and the photo is used only to estimate visible eye-shape features for your lash-map suggestion. The scan is guidance only and may not be accurate for every image, lighting condition, face angle, or individual feature.

Emails

If you ask us to email your lash map or create an account, we use your email address to send that message and related service emails. You can unsubscribe from non-essential app emails using the link in the email, but we may still send necessary account or security emails where required.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Data is stored securely with service providers that help us run the app, send requested emails, host files, and maintain the service. Gallery submissions are only displayed publicly if you have consented and the submission is approved.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the app, manage your account or saved content, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain basic email suppression records so we do not contact people who have unsubscribed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain uses, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us through the Help page to make a request.
