Photo and image analysis
The optional eye-shape scan uses visual analysis to estimate eye-shape features from the photo you provide. It may be affected by lighting, angle, image quality, makeup, facial expression, or other factors. You are responsible for checking whether any suggestion is suitable for you before applying products.
No guarantee of results
Suggestions are based on the information you provide. Outcomes may vary depending on application technique, individual features, products used, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific result.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the app for personal, lawful purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape content at scale, or misuse another user's account.
Content & ownership
App content, design, and branding belong to Lash Patisserie. Maps you generate are yours to use personally — please don't resell or repackage them as your own product.
Gallery submissions
If you submit a photo or caption for the gallery, you confirm you have the right to share it and give Lash Patisserie permission to review, display, edit for formatting, or remove it in connection with the app and related brand channels. We are not required to publish every submission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lash Patisserie is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its suggestions.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
