Your data rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. This page explains how to exercise those rights for Lash Map Studio.

Request a copy of your data

Email info@lashpatisserie.com with the subject line “Data access request”. Use the email address linked to your account so we can verify your identity. We will provide a copy of your personal data in a commonly used format.

Request deletion of your data

If you have an account, you can delete it and its data from your account settings. You can also email info@lashpatisserie.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and we will erase your personal data, subject to any records we must keep by law (for example, email suppression records so we do not contact you again after you unsubscribe).

Marketing emails

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by visiting the unsubscribe page.

Our response time

We aim to respond to all requests without undue delay and within one month, as required by UK and EU GDPR. If a request is particularly complex we may extend this by up to two further months and will let you know. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
